Margot and Miller was set up by myself, Jane Edwards. It came from a love of interiors, particularly fabrics and a desire to do something I had always loved. So many people say to me that they would love to have an interior designer come to their home to either help them pull things together or just because they haven’t got time to do things themselves, but have always been put off because of the cost. That is where our real strengths lie. We don’t set the budget, you do. There is nothing more satisfying than helping somebody create a home they feel excited about. You should walk in to a room and love it. Our mission is to provide a truly personal service by listening to our clients needs and really understanding them. We see ourselves as offering a shop at home service as well as coming up with the ideas. Lots of people think they don’t know what they want but I always find that actually they do. It’s just having the confidence to put it together, and that is where we come in. we are happy to work with no input from our clients or lots.
